Clear refund terms for our services
Our refund rules are designed to be straightforward. Consultation services may be refunded only in the limited situations described below. Courses are non-refundable.
1. Courses
All course purchases are final. We do not provide refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for courses once payment has been completed.
2. Consultation not delivered within 15 days
If we are unable to provide the consultation within 15 days from the date of booking and payment, you will be eligible for a full refund of the consultation fee, subject to any unavoidable processing requirements of the payment gateway or law.
3. Customer cancellation before consultation
If you cancel the consultation yourself before the consultation is delivered, we will refund the eligible amount, but any extra transaction charges, gateway charges, or bank charges incurred for the original payment may be deducted from the refund.
4. No refunds after consultation
Once the consultation has been completed, no refund will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the outcome, interpretation, or advice provided during the session.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after approval by our team and the payment gateway. The exact timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
